Our fee is a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year salary. We do not invoice you unless you employ a candidate from our shortlist – and our fee is further supported by a 3-month guarantee for you.
Following our initial conversation with you our team will

- assess them using human and technological methods
- select best candidates based on this initial assessment
- contact and discuss your role with those candidates
- qualify/disqualify potential candidate in preparation for client interview
- present to you a short-list of qualified, experienced, capable interviewees
