Phrec’s complete location and assessment service

Our fee is a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year salary. We do not invoice you unless you employ a candidate from our shortlist – and our fee is further supported by a 3-month guarantee for you.

Following our initial conversation with you our team will

  • locate good potential candidates for your role
  • assess them using human and technological methods
  • select best candidates based on this initial assessment
  • contact and discuss your role with those candidates
  • qualify/disqualify potential candidate in preparation for client interview
  • present to you a short-list of qualified, experienced, capable interviewees

You will almost always find your ideal candidate from our shortlist. And if you don’t then we will not invoice you.

If you want to run an open day at your premises we’ll staff the event, make the required presentations and guide attendees through the day so they have a positive experience of your organisation.

Psychometric testing plans

Testing can help in candidate selection or can help you decide who to interview from a list of strong candidates. We’ll recommend which testing best suits your particular aims, we’ll coordinate candidates with their respective tests, make the bookings, send you the results and handle any associated paperwork and administration. 

Solo interviews

Recorded (audio and video) interviews online with high-tech programmes (and no humans) is an increasingly popular way of getting a feel for candidates before investing time and energy into more intensive conversations. We’ll coordinate the online interview, make the bookings, send the invitations and make sure they work for you.
